STRENGTH TRAINING - (with neuromuscular adaption) all exercises programmed from an initial assessment. 

 

ENDURANCE TRAINING - Improve endurance and stamina through aerobic conditioning exercises, this will give the ability to concentrate longer and perform many every day chores with a renewed vitality

 

BREATHING - Improve VO2 max (lung oxygen capacity - better breathing)

 

BOXING CIRCUITS - Non contact boxing circuits to trim weight fast

 

SENIOR STRENGTH AND VITALITY - Exercises are suitable for anyone, even with limited health and fitness levels, to improve stability and mobility, it is never too late to start fitness training
